Conversion of a Grade II Listed warehouse into seven residential townhouses in rural Devon
A challenging reconfiguration of a historic listed building that already had planning permission for 10 maisonette flats.
Retaining as much of the existing building fabric as possible was critical to the brief, as well as being favourable from a heritage perspective. Mismatched windows between floors and awkward level changes dictated party wall locations however we were able to develop generous livable units that respect the original structure of the building.
